Vertical Barrier Restraints

A vertical barrier restraint addresses accidents caused by the basic types of trailer separation - trailer creep/dock walk and early departure. Rite-Hite vertical barrier restraints are designed to secure a semi-trailer to a loading dock by engaging the trailer's rear impact guard (RIG) with a large, vertical barrier.
